Abstract Two experimental trials on propagation of some mango rootstocks were done in two successive seasons (2012/13 & 2013/14). The objectives were to study the effect of seed husk, GA3, KNO3 and seed orientation in seed bed on germination percentage and subsequent seedling growth of seed White Succary rootstock. In addition to evaluate the effect of the three polyemberyonic mango rootstocks (White Succary, Ewais and Zebda) and two grafting methods on take percentage, growth vigor, morphological, chemical and anatomical aspects of Pairi mango scions. from this study it could be achieved highest germination percentage, germination velocity, germination energy of mango seeds and standard seedling growth through husking seeds or sowing seed in position of vertical with the convex edge upwards after soaking in tap water (48h) or through soaking seeds in GA3 at 1000 ppm for 48h. Also, grafting by apical cleft grafting on White Succary rootstock gave the highest success percentage and suitable takes growth.
