Abstract
The following are the obtained results:
1- Samples of diseased tomato, pepper and eggplant plants showing the symptoms of wilt or root-rot were collected from Alexandria, El-Behira (El-noubaria and El banger villages), EL-Fayoum, Qalyubia and Assiut governorates, Egypt at 2012 and 2013 growing seasons. Two others isolates were used, isolate (10) obtained from Assiut University Mycological center (AUMC) and isolate (11) which was isolated from tomato seeds cultivar Alfarah F, Hybrid imported from China. Isolation trials revealed the presence of 19 different isolates in addition to Assiut identified isolate.
