Abstract
The present study was performed to investigate the
relationship between omentin-1 level and coronary heart disease
patients and their link with obesity and diabetes.
This study was performed on 90 participants with age
ranging between 45 and 65 years. They were divided into the
following groups:
group 1: (control group): sub-divided into the following
subgroups (10 participants each):
1) Control Normal healthy participants
2) Control diabetic patients.
3) Control obese patients.
group 2 (chronic stable angina group)(CSA): subdivided into the
following subgroups (10 each):
1) Patients with stable angina
2) Diabetic patients with stable angina.
3) Obese patients with stable angina
group 3 (unstable angina group)(USA): subdivided into the
following subgroups (10 each):
1) Patients with unstable angina
2) Diabetic patients with unstable angina.
3) Obese patients with unstable angina
