Abstract
A facile synthesis of 1,2,4-triazines bearing other 1,2,4- triazine moiety was accomplished by
cyclocondensation of amidrazones 3 and I or 6 with a,p-bifunctional compounds. Structure
assignments of the products were based on elemental; analyses and spectral data. Effect of their
products on the activity of cellobiase produced by Thermomyces lanuginosus and Chaetomium
thermophilum was studied.
