Abstract The huge advantages that DNA structure offers for efficient parallel molecular computation and its enormous storage capabilities made it promising for being used in computer applications [35]. For a real DNA sequence, there is a large number of DNA sequences publicly available on various web-sites such as the National Centre of Biotechnological Information (NCBI).A rough estimation would put the number of DNA sequences publicly available to be around 163 million [48]. Many methods for hiding data in a DNA sequence were invented. Pure random sequences are widely used in cryptographic applications for cryptographic keys. |
