Abstract

7.1. Overview The main target of the present investigation was to study the effect of Brookely, Beet , Apple and Pineapple levels on urecamia in albino rats . Fifty male albino rats divided into two main groups The first group (5 rats) fed on basal diet as (control group –ve ),while the second main group(45 rats)fed on aspirin (3.5gm/1kg for rats )for week. Fifty (50) Sprague - Dawley male albino rats, each weighing 100 to 120g, were used in this investigation. All rats were housed in special cages under controlled conditions. Every day the animals were observed for the external appearance, shape, color and distribution of hair and physical activity. All rats were fed on the control diet for 7 consecutive days before the beginning of the experiment for adaptation. Diets were presented to rats in special non-scattering feeding cups to avoid loss of food and contamination. Tap water was provided to rats by mean of glass tubes projecting through wire cages from inverted bottles supported to one side of the cage. Preparation of Diet : The materials used in present work were cane are brookly, beet , apple and pineapple These Fruits and vegetables cane extracted by abrasion then freeze-dried. All food obtained from beehive, washed thoroughly by warm water to get rid of any admixtures, left to dry in water bath to remove moisture. Additives: brookly, beet , apple and pineapple dried under vacuum. Grouping of experimental animals (Rats): The rats were divided into two main groups as following group 1 (-ve): Normal main group: Fed on basal diet only, as a control negative (-) (n=5 healthy rats)group (2-12): disorder group: The rats were pretreated with Aspirin. This group was further subdivided in to 8 groups each group consists of 5rats as follows: group 2 (+ve): Fed on basal diet only, as a control positive (+ve) group 3: Fed on basal diet plus 2.5% (Brookly). group 4: Fed on basal diet plus 5% (Brookly) .group 5: Fed on basal diet plus2.5% (Beet). group 6: Fed on basal diet plus 5% ( Beet ). group 7: Fed on basal diet plus 2.5% (apple). group 8: Fed on basal diet plus 5% (apple). group 9: Fed on basal diet plus 2.5 % (pineapple). group 10: Fed on basal diet plus 5% (pineapple). At the end of the experiment period (30days)rats were fasted overnight before sacrificing ,blood was collected then centrifuged to separate the serum. At the end of the experiment period (30days )rats were fasted overnight before sacrificing ,blood was collected then centrifuged to separate the serum. Liver ,kidney and spleen removed from each ,cleaned and weighted to estimate organs weight .Liver, kidney and spleen prepared for histopathological examination by high microscope .The obtained results revealed that ,feeding rats on vegetables and fruits diet led to significant increase in body weight gain /organ weights .treating rats which aspirin diet with the levels .Brookly, Beet, Apple and Pineapple showed decreased levels of serum uric acid ,urea, creatinine and improved all other parameters organs weight and the histopathological. 7.2The results obtained showed 7.2.1. Body weight gain (BWG), food intake (FI), and food efficiency ratio (FER).
The results showed that there is significant increase in weight gain of beet (2.5%),apple (2.5,5%) and pineapple (5%).altar rate While on the other side there was a DROP in the rate of weight gain (brookely 2.5,5 %) and found that the best All amaamlat for BWG, FI pineapples and suggest that there may be benefits of broccoli in cases of obesity. 7.2.2. Effect on organ weights. The study showed that apples, pineapple, broccoli and beets have positive influence on the weight of the member and the liver is the weight of the control group(+) was larger than the control group(-) while the values of the weight of the kidneys and spleen degrees values is an incredibly simple moral and groups under study and the control group(+)<7.2.3. Effect on renal function.<br - Recorded Group-infected high uric acid and treatment(Beet2.5%) less valuable in reducing uric acid Average 3.01+0.548 MG /dl, while Group-infected high uric acid and treated brookely achieved the best score in reducing uric acid in the blood values2.32+0.581 MG /dl. - The results showed that the group infected high uric acid and treatment pineapple less valuable in reducing creatinine average0.903+0.260 MG /dl While Group-infected high uric acid and treatment (Beet2.5%)best score achieved in reducing creatinine in blood average 0.708+0.066 MG /dl.
