المستخلص

Good management is the method and the way through which the man can achieve his objectives that he aspires to, whether such management is a self-management stems from one person to himself, or even any business or institution management, may be very small but it will not succeed without management that make it superior and characterized in to achieve self-satisfaction and its objectives, so we have to pay attention to the role of the management and those who carry it out for individuals in general and managers specially because they are the ones who make the decisions, draw the future of the school and work to identify the factors that affect this level, whether they are related to organizational climate of the school or personal variables of the manager himself, in order to create the best conditions for the successful management conditions and get rid of the obstacles that prevent it and to identify the best alternatives required to support creativity and to increase the school’s capacity to cope with and keep up with the rapid changes and work on teachers access to realize success in the management, which may lead them to their feeling of belonging to the school and their feeling of self-efficacy, which is beneficial to the student, who is considered the educational process axis, the researcher is trying in this perspective to identify the differences between public and private schools in their teachers recognition for the management and its relationship with their feeling of school belonging and self-efficacy.
