المستخلص This Research aims to determine The possibility and feasibility of the application of the momentarily production system ”JIT” on electricity production companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, applied in (west, east and central) Delta electricity production companies. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from some employees in (west, east and central) Delta electricity production companies. Sample size is 384, and the arithmetic averages, deviancy normative as well as the testing Croscal Wallis, and Alpha analysis was used to analyze the primary data. The findings of the research show that the views of the sample population concerning the possibility of applying some of the requirements of the momentarily production system ”JIT” represented in (zero inventory-the possibility of production in limited quantities-the reliability of the limited sources of supply) are low. While other requirements represented in (reducing the preparation time - the possibility of timely procurement - the possibility of eliminating waste and damaged items) are medium. Finally, the findings show that the views of the sample population concerning the other requirements of represented in (the possibility of continuous improvement - the possibility of improving the efficiency of employees - focusing on preventive maintenance) are noticeably high, as well as the rise in all other dimensions of the feasibility of the application of the system, except for (improving product quality) which is found moderate. The findings also indicated there are no significant differences in views on all the requirements and feasibility of the application of the system in the companies under study, in accordance with the( demographic variables, the company-years of experience). |
