Introduction : Everyone generally has a set of characteristics that make shows behavioral patterns characterized by, periodically and semi-permanent, and descend these types of features make it a component of his personality as a whole and reflect the impression you might as individuals from the others, social skills, and behaviors, feelings and ideas. The social skills necessary to that included the ability to communicate, sympathy, empathy, and adjust behavior and self-assertion in order to enable an individual to which to manage its relations Bamahatin done properly involve the establishment of close ties with them and reduce the problems resulting from the interaction between them to a minimum. Problem of the study : The study determined the problem in an attempt to answer the following questions : 1.Is there relationship between Social skills and big five factors of personality for a sample of university students? 2.Is there relationship between Social skills and Psychological hardiness for a sample of university students ? 3.Is there differences between males and females university students in Social skills? 4.Is there differences between males and females university students in big five factors of personality? 5. Is there differences between males and females university students in Psychological hardiness? 6. Can predict Social skills through big five factors of personality and Psychological hardiness?
