Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between severity of coronary artery disease assessed with SYNTAX score and myocardial performance index in stable CAD . 65 patients who were candidates for coronary angiography were included in the study, with exclusion of patients with acute coronary syndrome ,previous myocardial infarction or previous revascularization . Furthermore, patients with heart failure ,valvular diseases or atrial fibrillation were excluded.
