The present work aimed to study of The effect of high-intensity workouts on some immunological parameters and oxidative stress with their relation to function on athletes on some immunological variables and free radicals and their relationship to respiratory system functions in athletes, leads to decreased in white call count, specially lymphocytes as well as immunologic cytokine (IL-6) and severe stressful training program has a pronounced negative effect on immunologic system and increase oxidative stress that leads to elevation of lipid per oxidation and increased serum (MDA) level. This study recommend study effect of antioxidant and food supplement e.g vitamins (A, E and C) metals zinc and selenium on the immunologic system for athletes and this relation to the sevirty of traning.
