To address the problem posed in the introduction to our study of the subject of civil liability of an arbitrator ”comparative study” we addressed this issue through the following tab: Pray we dealt with the preliminary concept of the arbitrator, then we divide our class into two sections. We dealt with in the first part, the arbitrator define and distinguish his profession from other professions and we dealt with in the second part, the conditions to be met by the arbitrator, and the method of appointment, and then we discussed in Part I of the provisions of civil liability of an arbitrator and then we divide this section into two chapters we dealt with in the first chapter arbitrator obligations and self-responsibility, and we studied in the second quarter to determine the legal nature of a civil liability of an arbitrator, and Pena in Part II of the civil responsibility of the arbitrator, which is divided by two to the first two terms of the responsibility of the arbitrator, Apenma talked in the second quarter on the effects of civil liability of an arbitrator.
