Abstract The main idea of this search is to consider the effect of the cooling process on the performance of each PV cell independently in order to more accurately calculate the effect of temperature on the PV parameters of the module. Different designs of cooling systems are also introduced in this work to find the effect of cooling systems (water cooling and forced air cooling) on the performance of the PV modules. The geometry can improve the PV cell parameters and consequently the performance of the PV module. After the development experiments were carried out and the data of experiments was recorded, the developed systems were applied to one home randomly chosen, also industrial project was supplied with photovoltaic power system (PVPS). The developed system of the PV was installed on one home in order to provide the home with energy produced from PV and remained in storage. The total energy requirement for village was also calculated through the energy consumed for each home and milk industry plant. The cost evaluation for each element of systems optimization and calculate the costs of each system, furthermore the cost of kW.h of the PV system was compared to price of kW.h from the grid. Finally the cost of the PV system for each home and also for the village was estimated. |
