Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop new and accurate methods for determination of some important drugs using advanced analytical techniques. In this study, new and validated HPLC and HPTLC methods are developed for simultaneous determination of sodium cromoglycate and fluorometholone in pharmaceutical formulation. Also, simple and accurate HPLC and HPTLC methods are developed for determination of dipyrone, hyoscine butyl bromide and camylofin dihydrochloride in their binary mixtures. A precise HPLC method is developed for determination of atenolol and pregabalin in pharmaceutical preparations and in human urine. The developed methods are validated and the results proved their accuracy and selectivity.
