The research aims to develop problem-solving and environmental attitudes among high school hospitality students through a program of field studies skills, was preparing a list of issues and environmental problems and the trend towards it, are as follows through literature and research and previous studies, experts and specialists: tourism environmental problems, and the problems of the hotel environment. It has also been set up measurements of environmental Trends and environmental problems solving skills, and be a measure environmental trends from five directions: 1. the impact of risk to reserves Tabieih2- problems that threaten reserves Tabieih.3- Almadrsh.4- problems surrounding environment problems resulting from pollution of the waters of the River Alnal.5-problems resulting from the dangers along the Egyptian Antiquities.
And measure the skills of solving environmental problems are:
1. perceive the skill and determine the environmental problem.
2. skill to organize environmental information and data.
3. skill to find solutions to environmental problems.
The research group consisted of 45 students from the secondary school of hotel skyscraper pyramid in Giza Governorate. She search results: To effectiveness of the proposed field studies program in the development of skills to solve environmental problems for high school students who have been exposed to the hotel program.
