Abstract

The aim of study was:
To detect the effect of a functional dairy product containing different sugar substitutes on salivary Mutans Streptococci count in experimental rats.
PICO:
 Population: Caries free rats
 Intervention:
1. Functional food containing Sucrose
2. Functional food containing Xylitol
3. Functional food containing Stevia
 Control: Placebo food.
 Outcome:
