This study aims to find out the role played by the Egyptian satellite channels in the formation of public opinion trends towards private on the Egyptian political arena issues. - where the researcher conducted a field study on a stratified random sample representative of the masses of the Egyptian people represented in a single 450 included governorates (Dakahlia - Cairo - Minya) by 150 every single province. He also analyzed the content of a sample of talk shows and news channels provided in (CBC, Cairo and the people, Nile News, the Egyptian Satellite Channel) and actress in programs (possible, Cairo 360, from Cairo, Direct from Egypt). The main results are as follows: 1) Most of the study sample watching satellite channels sometimes increased by 57.6%, while always watched by nearly one-third of the sample rate of 33.1%, and the percentage of watching it is rarely about 9.3% did not increase. 2) Political programs come on top of the most preferred programs by the respondents, the study sample rate of 38.9%, followed by narrowly and entertainment programs by 36.2%, and sports programs by 33.6%, Social Programmes 25.3%. 3)Al Hayat came in the top of the satellite channels that most of the respondents are keen to follow up overall by 74.1%, followed in second place and narrowly CBC channel increased by 71.6%, and in third place channel Cairo, people by 69%. 4) CBC channel is the most popular channel in the follow-up to the political events of the majority of the study sample rate of 52.9%, followed by a relatively large margin Nile News Channel by 19.1%, then the channel Cairo, people by 16%, came the Egyptian satellite channel in the rear channels by 12%. 5) 68.9% of the respondents of the study sample reported that they sometimes change their political opinions about one of the issues for study after they watched one of their favorite programs, while 23.1% said that it never happened and that changed their minds on these issues, while the percentage of stated not increased this change is always going on about 8%.
