This study deals with the study of the impact of charismatic leadership on the types of innovation, and that the application to workers in the industrial companies in the industrial zone in Sadat City. The proposed modal has been designed to look as evidence to be used to test the relation between research variables. As it has been the list of survey to collect data through personal interview from a stratified random sample of workers in companies the industrial zone.In order to analyze the raw data was used to search SPSS statistical program to enter the initial data. The selected sample size has reached 362 single, and about 24 invalid single were excluded thus the valid questionnaires are 338. The results of the statistical analysis showed Significant correlation between the most charismatic leadership dimensions and the types of innovation, and showed also a significant effect of charismatic leadership dimensions (Strategic vision and articulation, Sensitivity to the Environment, Unconventional Behavior) in product innovation. I’ve been reached that there is a significant effect of charismatic leadership dimensions (Strategic vision and articulation, The Personal Risk, Sensitivity to the Environment) in process innovation. I found also is a significant effect of charismatic leadership dimensions (Strategic vision and articulation, Sensitivity to the Environment, Unconventional Behavior) in administrative innovation. Finally, the results showed that the dimension of strategic vision and articulation is the most charismatic leadership dimensions Influential in the types of innovation.
