Abstract This thesis composes of three chapters, the first Chapter contains a literature survey including the importance of biosensor and its types, and structure. And historical background on molecullary imprinted polymer technology. Then a litrature survay on the vetrinary drugs as a toxin source in animal meat. While the second discuss the material and methods used in this study including molecullary imprinted polymer construction, standarad and buffer solutions preparation, and procedures used to get useful calibration curves to analyse real samples Eventually, the third chapter shows the results and discussion of the constructed MIP sensors for the three vetrinary drugs clopidol, oxfendazole, and flunixin as a source of toxins to human. |
