The primary school stage gains a special importance . The Child In this stage, as a!;sured by the
bclmvioral and Jeaming tbeories, excels in his ability to learn, gain various experiences; personal
, social and mental skills that matches his maturity, abilities and psychological needs. This
period,also is characte rized by tile child’s enjoyment and repetition of what he does until he
succeeds this is not achieved unless the child’s environment is enriched with various stimuli that
enables him to make good use of his abilities and develop his sense. .
The primary school stage is ch aracteriT.ed by its
flexibility, prompt response to moditicati On, shaping the behavior of the child, thus the ch ild
in this stage is more responsive to the s rvice and program s presented to him .
As a result, concenlra1ing on the child in this stage, the prominent stage in many societies,
started in order to pay more attention to the child’s creative capabilities.
Caring for creativity is more important for
individuals especially children . Assuring current trends in educating the child, exposing him t o
various stimuli in order to invest his psychological, mental. social and mental, capabilities.
Thus, the role of the mediators; the mother, the family and the teachers becomes clear.
We should compensate the shortage by designing directed
educational programs and prepare the programs tltrough
tight and creative planning. Such programs as:;hts the
