Abstract
Felodipine is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker which is used for treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris and congestive heart failure. Felodipine is a class 2 drug according to the Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS), meaning that it is poorly soluble and highly permeable.
