المستخلص
In this study, we dealt with the international regulations for formalizing Constitutions. It also concentrated greatly on the most important constitutional principles concerning the power of the state (country).
In addition to that it gives due attention to the basic rights and freedom (in modern democratic regimes) of the individualism their society.
This dissertation aimed at giving due care to these constitutional rules and calling for inserting them in the constitution in the stage of its creating or its modification to adapt with in rational treats, Agreements and declarations as the whole world agree.
Upon them to let the humanity lead a happy life. In addition the Constitutional role should take a prestigious role in the society.
In this dissertation, the deductive and the comparative design to deal with all the aspect of the study:-
The study was divided in to preliminary chapter followed by three sections the preliminary chapter discussed the meaning of the word constitution and the beginning of the it by exploring some constitution and their gradual develop in the following countries
(Egypt – the USA – kwait – the first principles of constitution in Islam).
The first section explained the different and general principle of constitution for the power of the state and the social and economic pillars of modifying constitution
As for second section the general principles of constitution especially the political freedom rights constitutional (constitutional, legal, public, judicial, macromedia, civil society, partial and impressing group).
In section three the constitution principles of Islamic have been received and included the most important political principles in Islam as (consultation, freedom, equality, justice, governor responsibility)
