The problem of pollution of the environment has become a threat to the human race with extinction but threatens the lives of all living things, plants, and this problem has arisen as a result of technological and industrial progress and civilization of man. Therefore it becomes a matter of protecting the environment and maintenance of the different elements of the issue of age. Because the losses resulting from the damage of various elements of the environment are difficult to be compensated.
The preservation of pure and free from pollution and reduction and the protection of affected environment has become a global and local demand and to the privacy of the risk of contamination and maintain on human health.
And natural ingredients for the environment, this has become a problem of contamination of the environment in general and water in particular of the most dangerous pollutants, it is very difficult to think that be the cause of dangerous causes to our health if contaminated despite the terrible quantities entering and exiting the total to the amount we drink and contaminated which cause huge health problems.
As the contaminated water as a result of the presence of foreign material or a great imbalance in the proportions of water components as lead to adverse effects or harm or the presence of harmful substances do to the detriment of human health in the first place and then the environment in which they live and that became the water pollution is one of the most dangerous problems faced by the development in Egypt, but it is now threatening the well-being and health of human life, which hampered the achievement of a better standard of life, which reflects the aspirations of human life in all stages of economic and social.
The problem of water pollution of the most serious environmental pollution problems considered to be one of the causes of soil and water pollution and cause pressure on human because of diseases that endure as a result of water pollution, but that without water there can be no life continues in all its forms and in different wrappers without clean water with good characteristics do not It can be true and fruitful life, reflecting the importance of the availability of water for humans and all living organisms that make up the ecological environment system.
It has become the water pollution of the reasons that cause problems for humans because of the resulting disease which led to increased physical burden on human due to bear all medical expenses and medical check-ups and also decrease the work of return because it reduces production because the water pollution direct cause of many sexually transmitted diseases often by water such as cholera and typhoid and hepatitis, diarrhea and kidney disease.
It is known that water pollution plays an important role in many diseases that led to the rise in the treatment of patients costs, which led to bear all the expenses of treatment and medical tests which burdens material exceeding human ability of the material and make it unable to exercise daily work, which caused its loss and misses from gain as a result of the impact of water pollution.
First: the research problem and question study
I’ve had the problem of environmental pollution in all types of pollutants that led to the increase resulting from the impact of water pollution and widely watched diseases and so influential for its role in the ecological balance, especially on the general health of the human being and its impact.
This was observed at the present time the increasing problem of water pollution in all contaminants resulting in increased costs for the treatment of patients.
The problem is also the water pollution one of the sources that threaten human health in different parts of the world have revealed a study conducted by the World Health for contamination of drinkingwater (the Nile) in Egypt that the resulting contamination of drinking water diseases and foremost of which is kidney failure, which causes each year in the death of a lot of those with the disease and that the Egyptian government will cost many billions of pounds a year to treat these diseases other than to lose because of the weakness of the individual on the ability of production as a result of the incidence of these diseases.
Resulting in increased number of patients of all ages, especially in densely populated areas and that they are infected various diseases caused by them and increase the rates of hospital admissions and outpatient in these areas, which led to adverse health and increase the costs of treating patients influences.
This as well that this is caused by the impact of water pollution diseases to be estimated output losses of deaths and disability and must be included in the calculation of return decreased work and studies have shown that water pollution reduces production at work which affects the national product.
All of this has been reflected in the costs of treating patients, which calls at the expense of the cost of treating the disease as a result of the effect of the impact of water pollution and work to reduce them.
Second: the study questions and hypotheses
This study attempts to answer these questions the following:
Does the problem of the impact of water pollution to the injury of individuals to increase the costs of treating patients as a result of the incidence of various diseases?
Is there a relationship between the effect of water pollution and diseases caused by this pollution and increase the costs of treating patients?
The study hypotheses:
This study seeks to validate the following main hypothesis:
”There is a relationship between the effect of water pollution on the costs of treating patients.” Branching from the main hypothesis three sub-hypotheses are:
There is a significant relationship between the effect of water pollution and increase the costs of treating patients?
there is a direct correlation between the impact of water pollution and increased costs for the treatment of patients.
there is an inverse relationship between water pollution and the impact of increased costs for the treatment of patients.

The attempt in this study, a study measuring the impact of water pollution on the costs of treating patients because it is an environmental and a social phenomenon worthy of study of this phenomenon and the conditions that cause diseases which are now known as the modern age disease.
It is trying to mitigate the obstacles that hinder the progress of society to infect human diseases Tadzh with the performance of his work.
Practical importance
A desire to enrich scientific knowledge and to contribute to efforts to reach a scientific efforts facts that help to deal with the problem of water pollution and to reach conclusions and proposals contribute to the study and interpretation of the phenomenon of the impact of water pollution and diseases resulting from the impact of water that infect human pollution.
Try to reach solutions and results and proposals that contribute to reduce the impact of water pollution and the costs of treating patients ties.
Fourth: The objectives of the research
The research aims to proposed model to measure the impact of water pollution on the costs of treating patients can develop and achieve this goal through the sub-goals.

This descriptive study is based on the descriptive method with a view to the data and facts that relate to the relationship between the effect of water pollution and increase the costs of treating patients collection is considered.

The study population: Ain Shams University Hospitals
The sample was selected according to a set of methodological steps in order to achieve representation of the community and the study were as follows:
It was selected sample of patients for a number (1509) of the total number of patients with kidney failure the following units:
1. The total industrial unit at Children’s Hospital, Ain Shams University hospitals and therapists at the expense of health insurance and the Ministry of Health (403) patients.
2. Unit total industrial Ain Shams Hospital Gamaa- Ain Shams University hospitals and therapists at the expense of the Ministry of Health (1106) patients.
Seventh: the limits of the study
The sample was selected from the period 01.01.2015 until 06.30.2015

Been relying on the survey form as a key tool for research and then to be able to be applied on a group of patients to find out the extent of the cost of treatment resulting from the impact of water pollution and diseases account mobilized these direct diseases.
