Abstract

The present study is concerned with studying the effect of sodium and lithium oxides on silicophosphate glasses that doped by Nd2O3 from its physical, structural and optical properties and also the AC measurements and dielectric properties. Different methods of analyzing have been used such as FTIR spectroscopy, XRD, UV/Vis. and the electrical properties. Gamma irradiation is used in the study to show the change in the optical properties for lithium silicophosphate glasses doped Nd2O3.
