Abstract
This study described different analytical methods for the analysis of three
therapeutically important and widely used calcium channel antagonist drugs. These
drugs are NIF, NIC hydrochloride and NIM . The drawbacks encountered in the
analytical methods reported in literatures for the analysis of these drugs were behind
our interest in selection of these drugs to be the target of this study. The methods
developed in the present study include three spectrometric methods(one
spectrophotometric and one spectrofluorimetric and a qualitatve and quantitative FTIR
method) and two chromatographic methods (HILIC separation and Pharmacokinetic as
an apllication for HILIC separation).
