data as socio- demographic status, food habits, body image perception/desired and
anthropometric measurements(height and weight) and physical activity. Dietary
assessment was taken by using 24-h dietary recall, food frequency questionnaire.

perception .Nearly half of single females (49%) had their body image perception as
obese I class, while married women (40.7%) had body image perception as obese II
class. The majority of the sample (86.2%) didn’t consume fresh vegetables daily,
while only (13.8%) of females consumed fresh vegetables daily. On the other hand
more than half of females (51.6%) consumed pickles daily. About (47%) of females
consumed soft drinks ≤ 7 times per week. About (40%) of the studied sample
consumed 4 ≤ 6 big cups of water daily and about one third (37%) consumed 7≤ 10
big cups daily. Only (7%) of females consumed > 10 big cups daily.
