Abstract
premenarcheal preparations could be conceptualized as consisting of anticipation , communication, and action- related planning for an event .exploring the roles of anticipation and communication in preparation is supported by current dialogue around opportunities for indiviiduals TOACCESS INFORMATIONABOUT THIER SEXAUL DEVELOPMENT AND THIER BODIES. THIERbodies .the aim of this study was to identify the premenancheal health needs among early adolescent girls. this descriptive study was conducted at all govermental female preparatory schools in el manzala city, egypt. the total sample repesented 500 student girls. two tools of datd collection was used included; astructures self administered questationnaire and amenstrual attitude questationaire .the main results of the study revealed the student girls had inadequate preparation for menarche and only 24% of them were prepared for menerche before its occurrence. the student girls have had sufficient prior knowledge about menerah often feel unprepared for the event itself. the finding revealed that about menstration and most of them aagreed on preparing girls . more half of girls reported that menerah would be easy if they knew more information . this study recommended the complete preparation for menerah before attaining it .
