Crystallize study the problem in the know how of the Libyan university youth’s dependence on Arab satellite news sites under study, the Al-Jazeera news site and the location of the Arab news channel, site of Libya’s national channel in the formation of knowledge and trends towards the Libyan political issues, and through the analysis of Arab satellite channels sites under study to learn about the news reporting frameworks used in dealing with the Libyan political issues, and to identify the extent of Libyan youth’s dependence on Arab satellite channels in sites get their information and the formation of political attitudes towards political issuesThe application of the analytical study on a sample of Arab news channels and sites of Al-Jazeera news site and the location of the Arab news channel, site of Libya national channel, and was selected in a manner industrial week from Tuesday 1-7- 2014 Saturday 09/27/2014, included Date days to 12 days for each site represents a sample of the controlled study analyzing samples. Field of application form was chosen two universities, namely the University of Omar Mukhtar (government), and the University of Africa (private), has reached the size of the sample (400) single. The study found several results, including - : The results of the analytical study confirmed that there is a difference between the treatment of the Libyan political issues and study sites of Al Jazeera Net www.Aljazeera.net site on the Internet, and the location of the Arab www.alarabiya.net channel, the site of Libya’s national channel www.ltv.ly on the web.- The results of the field study to the high use of the Internet among the respondents, ranging between viewing sometimes irregular, regular and always watching .-The study concluded that there is a relationship between the degree of follow-up respondents to Al Jazeera Net site and the location of Al-Arabiya and the location of Libya national channel on the Internet and cognitive frameworks adopted by the public about the study sample Libyan political issues”.
