This study sought to identify the extent to which scholars pain of topics related to freedom of religious practice both in terms of the development of the safeguards guaranteeing protection or restrictions which guarantees inviolability also targeted to get to know the findings of the international law in the field of freedom of worship compared to man-made laws in Iraq and Egypt, as well as the detection of Western allegations in the ongoing call for the freedom of religious practice, while there are clear violations of religious sanctities exercised their side in Iraq and Palestine, and harassment of Muslims to practice their religion. The study found several results can be summarized in the following points: most of the Arab criminal legislation accord with Islamic jurisprudence to criminalize any act that would prejudice the sanctity of religion whether that insult or ridicule or lightly without depending criminality on the impact of the infringement, according to the view of the Egyptian legalized. As well as the consensus of scholars on the sanctity of the holy books of any prejudice to my photos was by any means. The presentation of religions and dialogue among themselves and conferencing domestic and international seminars and open the door to religious freedom to display the principles and values and the prevalence of tolerance between religions, which believes in mutual respect between different ideologically. The heads of relevant topics (not exceeding 10): It dealt with the current study, a general introduction and separate preliminary entitled: what freedom of religious practice and includes the first section: the implications of the concept of freedom, and the second topic: the implications of the concept of religious rites Chapter I: freedom of worship in Islamic law and international documents, and has two topics: First topic: Freedom practice of rituals in Islamic law, and the second topic: the freedom of worship in the international human rights documents Chapter II: freedom of worship in national laws and has two topics first topic: the freedom of worship and Iraqi law and the second section: freedom of worship and the law of the Egyptian Chapter III: Cooperation International prejudice to criminalize the exercise of religious rites. It includes first topic: the application of the criminal liability of the perpetrator of the crimes of infringing on religious rites, second topic: the guarantees and mechanisms of international protection of religious freedom, and in the Conclusion problems included the findings and recommendations, and finally a list of sources and Arab and foreign references.
