Abstract
Our results shows a significant difference between the two techniques of imaging regarding sensitivity, specifity, The transperinealultrasonography is more sensitive and accurate than invertogram in determining of imperforate anus type and detection of internal fistula lacking the hazard of radiation being easier to perform and detecting other associated anomalies, but talking longer duration than invertogram. Transperineal ultrasonography is an excellent diagnostic modality to define the type and the internal fistula in Imperforat Anus.
