Abstract
This work has been using two analytical methods for the detection of
commonly occurring mycotoxins in grains. ELISA technique for
Australian and Egyptian wheat grain samples and (HPLC) analysis for Egyptian wheat grain samples only to determine mycotoxins wheat grain samples. ELISA technique was more accurate analytical methods than
(HPLC) analysis to determine the lowest quantities of mycotoxins in Egyptian wheat grain samples.
