The present study aims to identify the differences between stutterers and normals in each of the self-concept and psychological adjustment and locus of control in a sample of middle school students, also aims to identify the differences between females and males stutterers in each of the self-concept and psychological adjustment and locus of control , the study was conducted on a sample of (112) students from stutterers and normals (52) of females stutterers and normals and (60) of males stutterers and normals the results of the study have showed a statistically significant differences between mean scores of stutterers and normals in each of the self-concept and psychological adjustment and locus of control for the favour of normal. There are no statistically differences between the mean scores of females and males stutterers in each of the self-concept and psychological adjustment and locus of control, the study has been interpreting the results in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies. The researcher came out with some recommendations and proposed researches.
