Abstract

The interesting domain of the quantum plasma physics is extended to the condensed matter systems and its forms in ultra smalldimensions, ill give us more deep understanding of the dominated physics. The f waves and instabilities inquantum plasmas is of fundamental ce for understanding collective response in laser plasma-solid state ons, in microelectronic and nanostructure semiconductor devices. l plasma has mainly focused on regimes of high temperatures and low , in which quantum effects do not playrole. However, recent gical advances, such as the miniaturization of semiconductor devicesoscale objects, have made possible topreview the application of plasmas physics where the quantum effects may show up. In this demonstrated the theoretical transition from classical plasma regimeto the quantum plasma characteristics with the available mathematical I presentedthe principal features in the modulation of quantum namic plasmaand an original attempt on the standard mode analysis of.
