Abstract
This work was carried out to study methods of isolation, culture and histological characterization of normal human epidermal melanocytes. Sixty samples of normal human neonatal foreskins were used in this study. The samples were processed and then divided into four groups. Group I: Normal human epidermal cells. Group II: The cells were cultured for one week. Group III: The cells were cultured for two weeks. Group IV: The cells were cultured for three weeks.
