Abstract

It also linked to this planning all matters relating to the future and choose the best and the meaning of this is that strategic planning is based on the futuristic look of things, it depends on the expected results of the decisions taken by the administration at a specific time . It also deals with the alternatives available to the administration in the future. It also includes the philosophy of educational administration and main orientations for different issues, and it should be emphasized that the strategic planning that is only a building or structure from the plans, it includes plans for a long-term and short-term in other areas and different levels of education . The strategic planning requires calendar educational situation now and review what it means to carry out a comprehensive study of all the sub-systems of education, processes and outputs as well as, The planning is requires a base of data and diverse information on the educational performance of the previous and the current situation and expected developments, and educational planning at this stage should be the same linked to the system of socio-economic development of the society .
