Abstract

The work in this thesis aimed to elucidate the electrode reaction pathways of some biologically active compounds Nitroxoline, Ciprofloxacin and Amoxicillin) and metal ions (lead II)) in buffer solutions of various pH values at the unmodified carbon past electrode (Bare CPE) and that modified with different modifiers This work was aimed also to optimize two electroanalytical methods (linear sweep and square wave stripping voltammetry for trace determination of the investigated biologically active compounds in their bulk forms, formulations and in spiked human serum and lead (II) in various water samples at the bare CPE and that modified with different modifies.
