The study aims to identify and infant mortality rates and the study of the most important factors of demographic, social, economic influence on the infant mortality rates in the provinces of Kurdistan region (Erbil, Sulaimaniya, Dohuk) and that by relying on the multiple indicator cluster survey data Mics4, which was carried out by the Central Statistical Organization (CSO) in Baghdad And Statics Office in the Kurdistan Region In Iraq’s for the year 2011, This survey has focused on the three types of questionnaire: first (Family questionnaire) second (Woman questionnaire) and the third (Questionnaire kids under five years of age) The researcher used the technique in the study of multiple regression analysis and factor analysis to give a copy of the study sample and the distribution of infant mortality according to the variables covered by the research and find out all of them and the level of infant mortality.Research contains on five chapters can be summarized as follows: Chapter 1: deals with (Introduction, research problem, the goal of the research, the importance of research and total of the previous studies). Chapter 2: deals mortality rate in general (Crude mortality rate, age mortality Rate, quality mortality rate, a causal mortality rate, the professional mortality rate, infant mortality rate, Measure of Perinatal death and Mortality Pregnancy Loss)Chapter 3: The impact of demographic, social and economic factors on infant mortality Chapter 4: Regression analysis and factor analysis in the study of infant mortality: First topic: Deals with the multiple linear regression models Second topic: Deals with the Factor analysis models Chapter 5: Deals with the conclusions and recommendations add to the sources of Annexes.
