Abstract

The study was aiming to investigate the relationship between the aldosterone synthase gene (CYP11B2)and genetic susceptibility the development of essential hypertension through a case control study conducted on 70 hypertensive patients (group l)and 20 apparently healthy control subjects (group ll).
