application of effective human resources management policies have influence on employee organizational commitment.Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire was conducted on a representative sample of workers running the University of Banha, governorate (the sample’s 214 single).
The results indicate that the application of human resource management will increase the organizational commitment of employees.
