المستخلص This study aims to determine the impact of low salaries on administrative deviation behaviors for governmental employee, the study was applied on local administrative unit at Mansoura city, Dakahlia, The researcher adopted in determining the vocabulary study on the method of random sample as a probability sample to procedure the field study on workers at different local units at Mansoura city as it contains 315 workers at all administrative levels males and females. The researcher uses a questionnaire list was prepared for the purpose of collecting data about research variables which represented in decreasing salaries and administrative deviation , the researcher also uses for analyzing the data of the field study both of Pearson correlation coefficient and simple deviation analysis. The researcher used a questionnaire list has been prepared for the purpose of collecting data for the study variables that represented in low salaries and administrative deviation , the researcher also use alfa coefficient correlation coefficient, and the method of multiple regression analysis to analyze the data from the field study. The study found multiple results represented in the presence of significant effect of low salaries as independent variable on all levels of administrative deviation which represented in taking bribe, taking advantage of work facilities for personal use, work abstention, Disclosure work secrets, Work negligence, Bad use for the job as a dependant variables the results also indicates that low salaries don’t effect significant effect. |
