Abstract
The research aims to determine the extent of the contribution of some educational departments including its follow-up to the implementation of activities that work on the development of the school environment, which helps in the development of the environmental behavior of pupils basic education, has been the work of an exploratory study of some education departments (Waili management -Heliopolis Management ) was intended to find out the role of the existing educational management in the development of the school environment, and the development of environmental behavior in the primary schools, and found that there is a shortcoming in the activities related to the environment of the school and school administration, was a program for the development of the environmental behavior contributes to the development of the school environment preparation, was preparing a measure of the environmental behavior be one of the three axes:
1. Knowledge of the environment, be of (10) phrases.
2. positive attitudes towards the environment, be one of the (10) phrases.
3. positive reaction to the environment, to be (10) vocabulary.
Was selected group of pupils basic education stage”prep stage”,was applied scale environmental behavior of members of the research group before and after the application of the program,where the search results on the effectiveness of the perception of the proposed program and based on the environmental activities and figures planned aimed at the development of the environmental behavior and the development of the school environment, so I would recommend Find the importance of developing the environmental behavior of programs through extra-curricular activities.
Summary
 Problem Of The Research:-
Impairment in activities related to the school environment and the relationship between the three-dimensional illusion (I: buildings and equipment in the school environment, and the second: the school administration, the third: social relationship in the school environment)
In an attempt to address this problem, try to present research to answer the following main question:
The role of educational departments in the development of the school environment and the development of the environmental behavior of pupils of Primary Schools.
The ramifications of this question, the following sub-questions:
1) What environmental dimensions of behavior that must develop in students a basic education for the development of the school environment?
2) 2. what the actual role of the Department of Education and the school in the development of the school environment, and the development of the environmental behavior of pupils basic education?
3) What perception of the proposed program can be included in the plans, programs and educational activities and school administration for the development of the school environment and the development of the environmental behavior of various dimensions have students basic education?
4) What effective visualization of the proposed program for the development of the school and the development of the environmental behavior of different dimensions environment students have the basic education level?
 Research Aims:-
The research aims to identify the role of education and school management, including its preparation of plans and programs and follow up the implementation of activities that work on the development of the environmental behavior of pupils basic education which helps in the development of the school environment, with detection of the most important obstacles that prevent these departments in turn assigned to it in order to visualize the program for the development of environmental behavior supports the development of educational administration in the school environment.
 Research Limitations:-
Find the current limit myself to the following limits: -
• Human border:-A group of pupils basic education (Episode II) ”preparatory phase”, and another group of experts (managers of some departments - some mentors)
• Spatial border:- application of research is limited to two departments of the Cairo governorate departments (educational management Waly ”haggard official Experimental School”-Egypt’s new administration ”Maqrizi school official experimental”).
• Temporal limits:-The research was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2014- 2015
 Hypothesis of the Research:-
1. There is no impact D. of knowledge about the environment and the behavior of pupils to the school environment and the interaction between them through the grades obtained by the members of the study group on a scale environmental behavior variation.
2. There is no impact D. positive attitudes towards the environment and the behavior of pupils to the school environment and the interaction between them through the grades obtained by the members of the study group on a scale environmental behavior variation.
3. There is no impact D. affirmative action for the environment and the behavior of pupils to the school environment and the interaction between them through the grades obtained by the members of the study group on a scale environmental behavior variation.
 Research tools:
The tools of research, which the researcher prepared as follows:
 poll to get to know the reality of environmental behaviors in the school environment.
 List of environmental behaviors in the school environment exercised by the students, and the role of educational administration in the development and evaluation.
 Questionnaire to identify the actual environmental impact of the extra-curricular activities in the school educational plan and school management.
 Measure the environmental behavior..
 Research Procedures:
 Educational literature review, and the review of the literature on environmental attitudes and dimensions.
 Prepare a list of the dimensions of the environmental behavior in the initial image.
 Display dimensions of environmental behavior that have been reached on a group of gentlemen experts and specialists to determine the suitability of pupils basic education, and to delete and add what they see fit for this list.
 Prepare a list of these dimensions in its final form.
 Identify the actual role of the Department of Education and the school in the development of the school environment and the development of environmental behavior through educational programs provided by the school administration and by conducting a survey of expert opinion.
 Select the program according to the characteristics and the nature of basic education pupils Egyptian education stage, and a list of the dimensions of the environmental behavior that have been reached.
 Preparation scale environmental behavior, to get to know the effectiveness of the proposed concept development program behavior, and the development of the school environment.
 Showing the scale on the number of arbitrators to measure the sincerity and persistence.

 Research Methodology
Curriculum quasi-experimental: to measure the impact of the proposed development program in the environmental behavior of school and environmental development, and rely on the quasi-experimental design before and after the application of the proposed program.
 Research Results:
Perception of the effectiveness of the proposed program for the development of environmental behavior.
As well as the show through the search results that the proposed program had an impact in the development of environmental behavior among students research sample, which was calculated by applying the statistical program SPSS. where were all the values of the dimensions of scale acceptable environmental behavior, are as follows:
- The first dimension: After knowledge about the environment is equal to 0.889
- The second dimension: After the positive trends towards the environment is equal to 0.907
- The third dimension: After affirmative action for the environment equals 0.913
- Total and three dimensions measure equal to 0.863
 Research Recommendations and Suggestions:
1. Application of basic education and the development of the school environment stage.
2. attention to the role of education and in school administration and school environmental development through extra-curricular activities focus programs in basic education (such as the use of waste in the school re-use, and beautify the school garden and the roofs of the school buildings and cosmetics).
3. The proposed program in order to contribute to the development of the environmental behavior and cognitive skills and emotional dimensions have a pupils
4. that the school director is working to strengthen the participation of all of his staff in making decisions concerning the school environment of teachers and administrators and students.
5. In the light of the procedures and the results of current research suggests action studies and research in the following areas such as: a proposed program for the development of the environmental behavior of the students in the various stages of education. Calendar of educational programs and plans of the relevant departments of awareness and guidance towards the preservation of the environment at the level of the various Ministry of Education education sectors.
