Abstract

This study included 40 patients presented with calcular cholecystits and CBD stones. Those patients were divided randomly into two groups;
-Group (I): patients treated by synchronous LC with ERCP, ES and stone extraction. -Group (II): patients treated by early LC within one week after ERCP and ES and stone extraction in the same admission .
