Interested communities to different degrees of advancement in
civilization Bnashiha because they hold their hopes for stability ,
development and progress and is becoming increasingly important
in this category in developing communities for two reasons : first,
the need for these communities to accelerate the process of

youth and students , and the second : the high proportion of this
age group compared to the rest of the other age groups , and this is
what we see in the faces of the new generation and the future of

And Sport plays an important and essential in the construction of
advanced societies , on the basis of their impact on the building
rights, which aims to achieve overall growth of integrated
physically , mentally , socially and psychologically , so seeking
the developed countries to the interest in sports , which adopted
the scientists on various sciences and the scientific method , to be
become one of the areas which shows how the findings of the state
of progress , evidenced by the arrival of the sport to the level of
winning in international forums and Olympic.
The subject of sports psychology in general is a man from where
he was living organism carries out many of the activities that
interact clearly with the environment in which they live by , man
feels and understands and thinks and play and learn and
