Abstract
The effect of preharvest silicon and calcium treatments as a soil drench on the productivity, yield and post harvest quality of two standard carnation varieties Farida (pink color) and Madam Collette (white color) was investigated for two successive seasons (2012/2013 and 2013/2014). The cuttings were planted in the prepared soil of the polyethylene house with plant spacing of 13 cm x 20 cm.
