After 30, 60 and 90 days, rats were sacrificed, whole anticoagulated blood, serum and tissue samples were collected. Significant changes in hematological, biochemical and molecular results were recorded at the end of each data point in comparison with the control group. Moreover, histopathological alterations confirmed the changed hematological, biochemical and molecular parameters. In conclusion, bromuconazole had disrupting effect as a toxic substance on the treated experimental rats. |
