المستخلص

The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between the organizational variables ,the dimensions of the burnout and its consequences among the staff member assistants in Mansoura University . The literature review of this study that consist of burnout definitions , its dimensions ,models of burnout , then some of the organizational variables and it’s relation to the dimensions of burnout ,and finally the consequences of the burnout and its relation to the dimensions of burnout is drawn from the literature and previous empirical studies.This study is applied to sample of staff members assistant in Mansoura University . A random sample size of 319 assistant was selected . A total of 170 valid questionnaire were returned . The statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data , also (AMOS) was used to measure direct and indirect effect between variables .
The results obtained show that there is a strong significant relationship among variables , and also showed the strong direct effect of organizational variables on the dimensions of the burnout and its consequences .
Finally, the researcher suggest some practical implications to decrease the levels of burnout among staff member assistants like creating an organizational culture that support decision making participation , offer the organizational and social support ,and define the job requirements and responsibilities in which reduce the stress in the work environment.
