Abstract
The aim of this study was to manufacture, construct and evaluate of a flat die pellet mill machine to produce animal feed pellets for small scale farms including the study of the operating parameters affecting machine efficiency and pellets quality ;use some residues formulation including black seed meal as a local animal protein in rabbits formula; determine the appropriate combination of operating factors and pellets quality, with minimum energy requirements and reduce the animal production costs.
