Abstract
The present study is made to evaluate the prenatal exposure of two different doses of methotrexate (low and high doses) administrated in mice on gestational day of 6 till 18. The present study has been undertaken to assess the potential toxic effects in the exposure of methotrexate (MTX). Also, the study aims to evaluate whether high or low doses of MTX damage the primordial follicles of the ovaries of the pregnant mice.
