Abstract
The current study aimed to determine the relationship entrance the independence management for schools with quality basic education schools in Egypt and know
the main requirement in independence the basic education according the total quality standards. Also acquainted with the reality of the requirements to achieve the independence of management to the basic education in Egypt and the benefits from global and regional experiences. Put depicting a proposed to achieve independence of management the basic education in Egypt according to total quality standards.
The results of the study:-
-The management of independence the school must provide a lot of requirements (Legislative - administrative - financial - professional - community – cultural). -Not available in the current reality of the basic educational schools in Egypt the requirements to achieve its management independence.
-There was a relationship between the application requirements of school management independence and between achieve educational quality in it .
-The previous studied prove in field of management school global and region the success in their societies, so we can benefit from its experimental.
-The study reached to future vision to achieve management independence requirements in the basic education school in Egypt.
