Abstract
Diagnosing and excluding Acute Coronary Syndrome (which includes myocardial infarction- STEMI and non STEMI- and unstable angina ) often poses a diagnostic challenge to the clinician. Missing an ACS may lead to excess morbidity and mortality which could have been prevented with optimal treatment.
